1. Returns Policy
All sales are final. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The defect is reported within 14 days of receiving the product.
- You have received a significantly different item from what was described on the product page.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Customers must contact us at info@luxeclocks.com to obtain return authorization before shipping the item back.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- If the refund is requested before the product has been shipped.
- If the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction or handling fees.
