1. Transit Damage
LuxeClocks takes great care to ensure products are packaged securely. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of products during transit. In the event of transit damage:
- Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.
- We will evaluate claims and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged part. Full product replacements or refunds will not be provided for transit damage.
2. Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless:
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The defect is reported within 14 days of receipt.
In such cases:
- LuxeClocks will replace the defective part only.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. Products returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are available if requested before shipment.
- Refunds will be issued minus transaction and warehouse handling fees.
- Once a product has been shipped, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times
Processing time: Approximately 1 – 3 business days.
Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 days.
Delays: Deliveries may be delayed up to 14 days due to factors outside our control, such as customs, carrier delays, or natural disasters.

LuxeClocks is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via our designated gateways.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate.
- Disputes must be resolved directly with our support team.
6. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices listed are final and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
- Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Product Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images for all products. However:
- Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- LuxeClocks does not guarantee all content is error-free.
If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
8. Warranty
LuxeClocks provides a 3-year warranty for the following products:
- Clocks
- Watches
- Watch winders
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Claims must be made within the warranty period and include proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Accessories and books are not covered unless explicitly stated.

All content on the LuxeClocks website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of LuxeClocks and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
